Project Manager. Linguist. Bridge Between Markets.
I help fintech and gaming companies build better products and communicate them effectively across English, Russian, and Uzbek markets.
How I Got Here
I didn't plan to combine project management and localization—the combination found me.
My career started in linguistics. For eight years, I've been the person global brands call when they need to speak authentically to Russian and Uzbek audiences. Leading Digital Bank, Bybit, Coca-Cola, PUBG Mobile—each trusted me to carry their voice across language barriers without losing meaning or impact.
But translation alone wasn't enough. I saw beautifully localized products fail because of poor project execution. I watched technical teams struggle to communicate requirements to linguists, and linguists struggle to understand product context.
So in 2023, I joined DigiDoe, a UK Electronic Money Institution, as IT Project Manager. For the past three years, I've led a 15-person cross-functional team through 58+ sprints, delivering complex fintech features including KYC systems, fraud monitoring, multi-factor authentication, and compliance integrations.
The result? I became one of the few professionals who can both build fintech products and localize them for global markets.
This rare combination means my clients get more than task execution. They get strategic insight. Context-aware translation. Localization that considers product architecture. Project management that anticipates linguistic challenges.
Currently:
- •IT Project Manager at DigiDoe (UK EMI) - March 2023 to Present
- •PMP Certified (March 2026)
- •Actively accepting select consulting and localization projects
The Competitive Advantage of Combined Expertise
Why working with a dual-skilled PM and localization expert gives you an edge
For PM Clients
I understand localization isn't an afterthought—it's a product requirement. I build localization QA into sprint cycles, coordinate with translation vendors, and ensure UI/UX strings are ready for adaptation from day one. Your international launch won't be delayed by linguistic surprises.
For Localization Clients
I don't just translate words on a spreadsheet. My PM experience means I understand product architecture, user flows, technical constraints, and business logic. I ask the right questions, flag inconsistencies, and deliver translations that feel like native product development—not retrofitted afterthoughts.
The Bottom Line: You get one expert who thinks like a product manager, writes like a native speaker, and delivers like a seasoned consultant. No miscommunication between PM and localization teams—because I'm both.
How I Work
My approach to every project, regardless of scope or industry
Clarity Over Complexity
Whether managing sprints or translating technical content, I prioritize clear communication. Jargon-free explanations, transparent timelines, and honest assessments of what's achievable.
Results, Not Just Deliverables
I don't measure success by words delivered or user stories written. I measure success by business outcomes: improved user comprehension, reduced support tickets, on-time product launches.
Ownership & Accountability
When I take on a project, it's mine. I don't pass blame or hide behind process. If something goes wrong, I fix it. If a deadline is at risk, you hear about it early with solutions.
Continuous Improvement
Every project teaches me something. I document lessons learned, refine processes, and bring insights from one domain to improve the other. You benefit from compounding expertise.
Long-Term Partnerships
I'm not interested in transactional one-offs. My best clients become long-term partners who trust me with their most important projects. Many have worked with me for years across multiple products and markets.
Working With Me
Location & Availability
Based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UTC+5). I maintain flexible working hours to accommodate clients in UK, EU, and Asian time zones. Available for video calls, Slack/Teams collaboration, and occasional travel for critical project phases.
Communication Style
Direct, responsive, and proactive. I respond to emails within 24 hours (usually faster). I surface problems early with solutions. I default to overcommunication on critical projects.
Languages
Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek. Comfortable conducting business meetings, writing documentation, and presenting in any of these languages.
Current Capacity
Actively accepting select projects. For PM work: immediate start for consulting, 4-6 weeks for interim roles. For localization: 2-3 week lead time for large projects (50K+ words).
